ROCKINGHAM, VT — A Bellows Falls man was cited on a DUI charge following a crash early Sunday morning.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a crash on Darby Hill Road near its intersection with U.S. Route 5 at 2:19 a.m. March 21, 2026.
During the investigation, troopers detected signs of impairment from the operator, Seamus Tully, 30, of Bellows Falls.
Tully was cited and released.
He is scheduled to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on May 26, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of DUI.
