JEFFERSONVILLE, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a theft that occurred at a residence on Vermont Route 15.
Troopers from the Williston Barracks received a report of the theft at approximately 5:26 p.m. March 20.
An investigation revealed that Dakota Spalding, 25, of Jeffersonville, had stolen over $3,000 worth of clothing over the course of several months from two residents.
The victims were identified as Samantha Pai, 24, and Kaitlyn Eldred, 27, both of Jeffersonville.
Spalding was issued a citation to appear in Lamoille County Superior Court on March 25 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to two counts of grand larceny.
