PENN YAN, NY — William Rosato, 22, of Rushville, turned himself in to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on July 8 at 3:54 p.m. on an active arrest warrant issued out of the Potter Town Court.
Rosato was taken into custody and held until the next session of CAP Court.
He faces charges of first-degree sexual abuse under New York State Penal Law sections 130.65(3) and 130.65(4).
