COLUMBIA, PA — A man was charged with simple assault after an incident early Thursday in the 100 block of North Third Street.
Joseph S. West, 60, of Columbia, was arrested at approximately 2:57 a.m.
An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges based on the incident.
West is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
