BERKSHIRE, NY — A Tioga County man was arrested June 25 on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Marcy Sherwood, 47, of Berkshire, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanors.
The charges stem from an investigation into an incident where Sherwood allegedly engaged in inappropriate conduct while in the presence of two people under the age of 17.
Sherwood was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Berkshire Court at a later date.
