MEDFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ — A man turned himself in to police after being identified as a suspect in an April lewdness incident at Bob Bende Park.
Brian R. Epstein, 43, of Cherry Hill, was charged with sexual contact and lewdness on July 1.
The Medford Township Police Department had requested public assistance in identifying a suspect from the April incident.
Police received numerous tips that aided in identifying Epstein as the suspect.
The Cherry Hill Police Department assisted Medford Township police in executing a search warrant at Epstein’s residence.
Evidence was collected during the search that further implicated Epstein, according to police.
Epstein was committed to Burlington County Jail following his arrest.
