SAUGERTIES, NY — A 19-year-old man faces multiple charges following an incident early Saturday morning.
Colen M. Mentessi, of Catskill, was arrested at approximately 12:45 a.m. on June 28, 2026, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Mentessi was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
The first four charges are misdemeanors, while disorderly conduct is a violation.
Mentessi was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
