WILLIAMSTOWN, VT — Vermont State Police investigated a threatening incident that occurred at a residence on Vermont Route 14.
On May 27 at approximately 10:44 a.m., police were made aware of the reported incident.
Through investigation, police discovered that Damian Baker, 20, of Hinsdale, New Hampshire, threatened to inflict injury to a juvenile through a series of text messages.
On June 26, Baker was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Orange Criminal Division on Aug. 5 at 8:30 a.m.
Baker was charged with disorderly conduct by electronic means.
