OXFORD, MA — A 28-year-old man faces multiple firearms charges following the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Orchard Hill Drive.
Jonathan Sweeney, of Oxford, was arrested Tuesday after members of the Oxford Police Department, Massachusetts State Police and federal agencies including the ATF and Postal Inspectors executed a search warrant at 31 Orchard Hill Drive.
The warrant was executed after an investigation into the illegal manufacturing and possession of firearms, according to police.
Sweeney was charged with possession of a firearm without an LTC, possession of ammunition without an LTC, improper storage of a firearm and possession of a large capacity feeding device.
He was arraigned at Dudley District Court.
