WILLIAMSPORT, PA — Lycoming Regional Police arrested a man on domestic violence-related charges following a reported assault.
Alex Kane Caudell, 28, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody June 26, 2026, in connection with an incident that occurred June 25, 2026, at approximately 7:20 p.m.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence after the victim called a friend and left a voice mail stating “her ribs are broken” and “Alex threw me on the floor and punched me,” also stating that “he hurt me so bad.”
Officers made contact with the victim, who was moving slowly and holding her right side.
The victim told police she was in the bathroom when Caudell arrived home and began arguing with her.
She stated he had gotten into her face and that she put her arms out to move herself back when he then threw her to the ground.
Caudell was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment.
He was processed and arraigned before a magisterial district judge.
Caudell was committed to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
