MIDDLEFIELD, NY — A 43-year-old man was arrested on drunken driving charges following a one-car crash in Middlefield.
Mark M. Andrews, of Schenevus, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right on a two-lane road, driving on slopes and shoulders, and speed not reasonable and prudent, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest followed a property damage motor vehicle accident in the town on June 16, 2026.
Andrews was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets returnable to Middlefield Town Court at a later date.
