PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a 14-year-old girl last seen Tuesday morning in the city’s 25th District.
Kathie Delacruz was last seen at 8:30 a.m. on the 3400 block of North 2nd Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing between 110 and 115 pounds with brown hair that has curly blonde highlights and reaches shoulder length.
Delacruz was last seen wearing a black shirt and white pajama pants.
