OLEAN, NY — Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving an e-bike and a motor vehicle that occurred early Friday morning.
The incident happened near the intersection of Delaware and Queen streets at approximately 2:45 a.m.
The e-bike operator sustained serious injuries.
Police are working to determine the type of vehicle involved in the crash.
