BARTON, VT — A man was cited on a lewd and lascivious conduct charge following an investigation into inappropriate conduct with an adult female.
Malik Daley, 39, of Barton, was issued a citation through his attorney on June 11, 2026.
Vermont State Police said during an unrelated ongoing investigation, it was revealed Daley had inappropriate conduct with an adult female sometime between March and April 2026 at a residence on Glover Road in Barton.
The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault.
