HANOVER, PA — Penn Township police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspicious person observed in a residential area.
The subject was seen in the 700-800 blocks of Hartman Avenue on June 2, 2026, between 2 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.
Police are requesting residents check their surveillance systems for video of the male subject or any vehicle he may have been driving during that time frame.
