BERLIN, VT — A motorcyclist died after striking a guardrail on Interstate 89 South on June 11, 2026.
Vermont State Police responded to the scene near Exit 6 at mile marker 47.2 at 6:41 p.m.
Journiann Leclair, 26, of Williamstown, was driving southbound on I-89 when she struck a guardrail.
The 2022 Harley Davidson Nightster sustained minor front-end damage.
Leclair was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene.
She was not wearing a seat belt.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
