PENN YAN, NY — A 37-year-old man was arrested following a physical domestic altercation in the Town of Jerusalem.
Billy J. Mcrae, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody at 2:35 p.m. May 7 at 227 Main Street.
Mcrae is accused of subjecting an individual to unwanted physical contact during an argument at a residence, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
A minor witnessed the altercation, police said.
Mcrae was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree.
He was transported to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office to await arraignment in CAP Court.
