PUTNAM, CT — Police arrested a man this morning in connection with an assault on personnel at a medical facility.
Cody J. Amico, 32, of Waterbury, was taken into custody without incident at approximately 7 a.m. following the issuance of an arrest warrant by the Windham County State’s Attorney’s Office.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on May 6, 2026, at a medical facility in Putnam.
Amico was charged with assault on health care personnel, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
He was held on $25,000 court-set bond and transported to Danielson Superior Court for arraignment.
