Three injured in rollover crash in Burlington Township

BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Three women were injured when their vehicle rolled over multiple times on U.S. Route 130 early Thursday morning.

The Burlington Township Police Department responded to the single-vehicle crash near Route 130 and La Gorce Boulevard at approximately 12:02 a.m.

A Kia Seltos was traveling southbound on Route 130 when it veered off the roadway and sideswiped a traffic signal pole, according to preliminary investigation.

The impact caused the vehicle to go into a ditch and roll over several times before coming to rest on the right shoulder of the highway.

Two of the occupants were ejected from the vehicle during the crash.

The three occupants, women ages 30, 52 and 63, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Burlington Township police officers, EMS personnel and Virtua paramedics provided immediate medical care at the scene.

All three women were transported by ambulance to Cooper University Hospital and Capital Health Regional Medical Center.

All occupants are currently listed in stable condition.

The crash remains under investigation by the Burlington Township Police Department Traffic Safety Unit and Detective Bureau.
