NAZARETH, PA — A man was arrested on assault charges following a domestic incident that occurred earlier this month.
Bennie Lee Grier IV, 26, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody on April 25, 2026.
Officers met with a victim at the police station at approximately 10:57 p.m. on April 25, 2026, who reported a domestic assault.
Officers learned the victim was assaulted by Grier on April 15.
The victim suffered injuries as a result of the assault.
Officers were provided photographic evidence along with written statements and medical records supporting the evidence.
A warrant was obtained for Grier.
With the assistance of Palmer Township Police, Grier was taken into custody.
He was transported and lodged in the Northampton County Prison.
Grier was charged with simple assault and harassment.
The incident occurred in the 900 block of Browntown Road.
