DANSVILLE, NY — Police are investigating a series of car larcenies that occurred overnight.
The Dansville Police Department said the incidents took place between 10 p.m. April 30 and 5 a.m. May 1.
Police said a suspect drove through local neighborhoods in a dark Toyota sedan with its lights off, checking vehicles in driveways before moving to other areas.
The department is working with multiple agencies on the investigation.
Police are asking residents with home security systems to review footage for any suspicious activity during that time period.
