WILLIAMSPORT, PA — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a woman wanted on a felony retail theft charge.
Taleea A. Hill, 31, of Williamsport, is being sought by the Lycoming Regional Police Department.
The warrant was issued on Jan. 8, 2024.
Hill is described as white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.
