NORFOLK, MA — Chief James Barrett reports that members of the Norfolk Police Department, working in coordination with federal and regional partners, executed a search warrant on Monday morning following a months-long investigation into suspected narcotics activity.
On May 4, 2026, Norfolk Police Detectives, along with agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration New Bedford Resident Office, Federal Task Force Officers from several nearby municipalities, Detectives from the Plainville Police Department, and an Ashland Police K9 Officer, executed multiple court-authorized search warrants in town.
Police recovered a significant quantity of suspected narcotics, rifles and handguns from the home at 70 Mirror Lake Ave.
As a result of the investigation, Vannakone Kasomany and Jennifer Thibodeau were arrested.
They face charges related to narcotics offenses and items recovered during the warrant execution.
Kasomany and Thibodeau will be arraigned Tuesday in Wrentham District Court.
The investigation remains ongoing.
