PENN YAN, NY — A passenger was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the village.
Joshua J. Roberts, 39, of Penn Yan, was taken into custody without incident.
Roberts was found to have an active arrest warrant from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful fleeing of a police officer.
He was turned over to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Additional charges are pending.
