VESTAL, NY — The Vestal Police Department arrested 15 people on various charges.
Douglas Osborn, 47, of Canaseraga, was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, moved from lane unsafely, uninspected motor vehicle and unlicensed operator for possessing methamphetamine.
Dean Degaramo, 27, of Lockwood, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-more than .08 BAC, license plate violation, no/inadequate plate lamps and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Raymond Saunders, 50, was arrested for trespass for being on a property when he was previously banned from the location.
Angel Gonzalez, 25, of Binghamton, was arrested for criminal contempt 1st degree, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief 4th degree, harassment 2nd degree and aggravated family offense.
Wesley Wooden-Harris, 32, of Binghamton, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Vestal Wine and Liquor.
Sharon Sorkin, 42, of Binghamton, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, moved from lane unsafely, failure to obey traffic control device, driving on the shoulder and obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree.
Amanda Kirkwood, 39, of Montrose, Pa., was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Kohl’s.
Suzanne Kelsey, 20, of Owego, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
Shannon Martin, 40, of Johnson City, was arrested for petit larceny and criminal mischief 4th degree for using forks to remove the security tag from the merchandise she stole from Kohl’s.
Jamie Kendrick, 45, of Endicott, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-more than .08 BAC, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, moved from lane unsafely and disobey traffic control device for possessing cocaine.
Nicholas Clancy, 36, of North Syracuse, was arrested for grand larceny 4th degree for stealing merchandise from Home Goods valued over $1,000.
Joshua Tammetta, 28, of Vestal, was arrested for criminal mischief 3rd degree for kicking and damaging the victim’s bedroom door and scratching the paint on the victim’s car.
Cara Rivera, 40, of Vestal, was arrested for criminal mischief 3rd degree, criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree-4 and harassment 2nd degree for threatening the victim and damaging the victim’s vehicle with a hammer.
Jamey Ryder, 30, of Vestal, was arrested for criminal mischief 4th degree.
Darlene Donald, 49, of Endicott, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, no headlights and failing to signal a turn.
