PELHAM, NH — A man was arrested on a nationwide extraditable warrant for lewd or lascivious acts with a minor.
Matthew McMahon, 58, of Pelham, was taken into custody by the Pelham Police Criminal Bureau during a targeted motor vehicle stop on the morning of May 5, 2026.
Police were notified on May 3, 2026, that McMahon had a nationwide extraditable warrant out of New Jersey.
McMahon was arrested without incident and charged with a felony of being a fugitive from justice.
He was released to the custody of the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester, New Hampshire, pending extradition to New Jersey.
Arraignment is scheduled for 8 a.m. on May 6, 2026, at the Salem, New Hampshire, District Court.
