SAUGERTIES, NY — A 61-year-old man was arrested on a shoplifting charge Thursday evening.
Clint E. Murphy, of Kingston, was taken into custody at approximately 5:45 p.m. May 1 at 399 Route 212, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Murphy was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
