MECHANICSBURG, PA — A man faces charges after allegedly fleeing from police who attempted to arrest him on an outstanding warrant.
Jeray Anderson, 27, of Pennsylvania, was charged with evading arrest or detention on foot.
On April 14, 2026, at approximately 12:17 p.m., an officer was in the area of South Market and West Simpson streets and observed Anderson, who the officer knew to have a criminal warrant.
The officer made contact with Anderson and he evaded the officer’s attempts to take him into custody.
A warrant was issued April 22, 2026.
