Four arrested in Mount Hope

MOUNT HOPE, NY — Four people were arrested in the town of Mount Hope during April on various charges.

Caleb H. Kinzonzi, homeless, was arrested on April 9, 2026, and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class-A misdemeanor.

Kinzonzi was processed and held for arraignment appearing before the Town of Mount Hope Court Justice.

Following arraignment, Kinzonzi was released on his own recognizance.

Joshua C. Robinson, of Slate Hill, was arrested on April 13, 2026, and charged with aggravated DWI with a child-passenger less than 16, a felony, and DWAI combined influence of drugs or alcohol and drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Robinson was processed and given an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on May 14, 2026.

Emerlin Rodriguez, of Middletown, was arrested on April 19, 2026, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as traffic offenses.

Rodriguez was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on May 26, 2026.

Ryan J. Hernandez, of Monticello, was arrested on April 19, 2026, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, as well as traffic offenses.

Hernandez was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court on May 26, 2026.
