BATAVIA, NY — Lindsay Goins, 70, of Batavia, was arrested April 16 on charges of menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
Goins allegedly threatened another person with a knife during an altercation on Mill Street.
He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
