LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Long Beach Township Police Department arrested two people on drug charges Friday following an extensive investigation into the distribution of illegal narcotics.
Angela Mezzina, 39, of Waretown, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine and suboxone, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael J. Miceli, 61, of Barnegat Township, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The investigation was conducted by the Long Beach Township Police Department along with the department’s K-9 Unit and Operations Unit.
Both Mezzina and Miceli were processed at the Long Beach Township Police Department and later released.
The Waretown Police Department assisted with the investigation.
