HARTFORD, CT — Two people were shot Tuesday in Hartford, police said.
Hartford Police officers responded to Hartford Hospital after two gunshot victims arrived seeking treatment.
The first victim, a male in his twenties, sustained a single gunshot wound.
A second victim, a 19-year-old male, arrived shortly after, also suffering from a single gunshot wound.
Both injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.
Preliminary investigation determined the incident occurred in the area of Prospect Street at Sheldon Street.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and have assumed the investigation.
