Man shot in Hartford

HARTFORD, CT — A man in his thirties was treated for a gunshot wound after arriving at Hartford Hospital on Monday.

The victim sustained a single gunshot wound and was alert and conscious when police arrived at the hospital.

Police said the shooting occurred in the area of 280 Sisson Avenue.

The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions have assumed the investigation.
