COLUMBIA, PA — A 67-year-old man faces charges after an incident on Mill Street.
Charles Jay Matthews Jr., of Columbia, was charged with indecent exposure following an incident in the 400 block of Mill Street at approximately 9:55 a.m. Wednesday.
An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed the charges.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
