Man arrested on drug charges in Johnstown

JOHNSTOWN, PA — A man was arrested on multiple drug charges following the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Farfield Avenue.

Barry Dill II was taken into custody on April 21, 2026, by the Cambria County Drug Task Force on three felony warrants related to controlled purchases.

Investigators had been conducting an investigation into Dill for distributing narcotics from the Farfield Avenue address.

After Dill’s arrest, officers obtained probable cause for a search warrant on the residence, which was approved by the Cambria County District Attorney’s Office and sworn out before MDJ Subich.

The search warrant execution resulted in the seizure of 29 grams of cocaine valued at $2,900, 6.9 ounces of marijuana valued at $3,900, and $926 in U.S. currency.

A significant amount of the cocaine was individually packaged for sale, according to investigators.

Multiple digital scales and other drug paraphernalia were also seized.

Dill is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was transported to the Cambria County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.

The investigation was conducted with cooperation from the Cambria Township Police Department, Cambria County Detectives Office, Cambria County Sheriff’s Office, Richland Township Police Department, Johnstown Police Department, FBI Safe Streets Task Force, Cambria County District Attorney’s Office and Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General Bureau of Narcotics Investigation.
