READING, PA — The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a delivery driver accused of stealing packages containing jewelry valued at more than $12,000.
Luis Ovalle-Fermin, 31, of Reading, is wanted on a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking.
Authorities say Ovalle-Fermin stole multiple packages containing jewelry between May 2 and June 6, 2025, while working as a delivery driver.
The total value of the stolen jewelry was $12,250.52.
Charges were filed April 10 by the Bern Township Police Department.
Ovalle-Fermin is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
