HOLLIS, NH — A Nashua man was arrested Friday on a warrant following an investigation into an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile.

Humberto Da Cruz Gomes Morais, 49, of Nashua, was taken into custody by the Hollis Police Department on April 17.

The investigation began in fall 2025 when the legal guardian of a juvenile who resides in Hollis informed officers of an inappropriate relationship between Morais and the juvenile, according to Captain Jon Tate.

During the investigation, several search warrants were executed on cell phones and to social media providers for evidence related to the matter.

Investigators determined that Morais had sent the juvenile a video of himself engaged in a sexual act upon himself.

Morais faces one count of exposing minors to harmful materials, a Class A misdemeanor.

He was denied bail and transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.

Morais was scheduled to be arraigned at 1 p.m. April 20 in the 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
