Joseph M. Grekalski was taken into custody around 4 p.m. April 19, 2026, after officers found him behind the wheel of a running vehicle, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Police were called to the complex after receiving reports of an intoxicated man knocking on several apartment doors.
