PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are searching for a missing 25-year-old man last seen early Friday morning in the city’s northeast section.
Simon “Abdul” Kioko Jr. was last seen at 12:30 a.m. Friday on the 4600 block of Horrocks Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Kioko is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, white socks and black sliders.
Police have classified Kioko as an endangered missing person from the 15th District.
