SAUGERTIES, NY — A 40-year-old man was arrested on felony driving while intoxicated and reckless driving charges following a complaint about erratic driving.
James Dorans, of Saugerties, New York, was arrested at approximately 8:30 p.m. Saturday on South Road.
The Saugerties Police Department responded to a complaint about an erratic vehicle.
Following an investigation, Dorans was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor reckless driving.
Dorans was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and held pending transport to CAP court for arraignment.
