BATH, NY — A woman was arrested on drunken driving charges after crashing her vehicle in front of an elementary school as children were being dismissed.

Members of the Village of Bath Police Department were dispatched to Maple Heights in front of the Haverling VEW primary school at approximately 2:15 p.m. on April 17, 2026, for a report of a vehicle that left the roadway and struck a street sign.
