LYNDONVILLE, VT — A motorcyclist fled from police at high speed on Lynburke Road on April 17, 2026.
A Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer observed a motorcycle bearing Vermont license plate MP273 traveling north on Lynburke Road at 1:52 p.m.
The motorcycle was measured traveling at 80 miles an hour using LIDAR.
The motorcycle failed to stop for the police vehicle displaying emergency lights and siren.
The motorcycle continued north on Lynburke Road into Burke and later Newark.
The operator has not been identified.
Police are seeking information about the incident.
