BATH, NY — A woman was arrested on drunken driving and other charges following a traffic stop Monday night.
An officer with the Village of Bath Police Department observed a vehicle traveling west on West Steuben Street in violation of state vehicle and traffic law at approximately 8:46 p.m. April 14, 2026.
A traffic stop was conducted and an investigation ensued.
The operator was identified as Kym J. Gadson.
Gadson was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol.
Following investigation, Gadson was placed under arrest.
Gadson is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a class E felony, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and other violations of state vehicle and traffic law.
Gadson was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for centralized arraignment.
