LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — A 21-year-old man was cited for harassment following a complaint of ongoing issues with a neighbor.
Police responded to the 500 block of Grange Drive at 10:02 a.m. April 16.
The man is from Lower Makefield Township.

The complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card totaling $715.49.
A theft from vehicle was reported at 4:32 p.m. April 13 in the 1900 block of Polo Run Drive.
The complainant reported that between April 10 and April 13, an unknown person forced entry into the locked vehicle and removed $600 worth of tools.
Police responded to a retail theft in progress at Wegmans in the 900 block of Vansant Drive at 7:37 p.m. April 13.
Police located the subject outside the store.
Loss prevention agreed to let the woman pay for the items.
She was trespassed from all Wegmans stores.
A 36-year-old woman from Trenton, New Jersey, was arrested for driving under the influence April 11.
Police responded to Oxford Valley Road and Big Oak Road at 5:44 a.m. for a report of a vehicle parked at the traffic signal.
A theft was reported at 11:06 a.m. April 11 in the 300 block of Oxford Valley Road.
The complainant reported that between April 8 and April 11, an unknown person broke the fuel cap on their Caterpillar skid steer and siphoned approximately 15 gallons of diesel fuel.
A 21-year-old man from Ewing, New Jersey, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness April 11.
Police responded to River Road and Woodside Road at 2:22 p.m. for a report of an unknown male yelling under the bridge and acting strangely.
He was also observed damaging a stop sign.
Police located the man walking in the middle of River Road, disrupting traffic, with an open container of alcohol.
A fraud case was reported at 9:40 a.m. April 10 in the unit block of Townsend Road.
The complainant reported being the victim of contractor fraud totaling $198,000.
A fraud case was reported at 2:56 p.m. April 10 in the 500 block of Keating Drive.
The complainant reported being a victim of a fraudulent passport website.
An identity theft case was reported at 10:25 a.m. April 10 in the 1000 block of Victory Dr.
The complainant reported an unknown person opened a credit card in their name and charged $8,000.
Police are investigating a retail theft at Kohl’s in the 1600 block of Big Oak Road reported at 8:13 p.m. April 10.
Loss prevention reported an unknown woman removed an unknown amount of merchandise from the store.
