Multiple arrests made in Broome County

BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 people on various charges during the week of April 16.

Cassandra F. Angulas, 36, of Chenango, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Chenango.

Dale A. Armstrong Jr., 45, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the village of Johnson City.

Rebecca L. Brunette, 34, of Whitney Point, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.

Devon S. Garry, 39, of Johnstown, was charged with promoting prison contraband in the 1st degree, a class D felony, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Eliezer B. Gonzalez, 29, of Binghamton, was charged with promoting prison contraband in the 1st degree, a class D felony, following a contraband investigation during the intake process at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Zion S. Hill, 26, of Syracuse, was charged with grand larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, following the execution of an arrest warrant out of the town of Union.

Jack E. Langland, 45, of Endicott, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Chenango.

Muriyd S. Matthews, 36, of Endicott, was charged with promoting prison contraband in the 1st degree, a class D felony, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Aaron L. Mosley, 47, of Binghamton, was charged with promoting prison contraband in the 1st degree, a class D felony, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Abdul A. Mujahid, 54, of Whitney Point, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.

Daisy A. Odell, 37, of Wilesyville, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Chenango.

Anthony R. Parker, 33, of Binghamton, was charged with assault in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, following an assault investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Brett J. Poyer, 37, of Chenango, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Chenango.

Benjamin C. Reynolds, 44, of Binghamton, was charged with obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree and resisting arrest, class A misdemeanors, following a warrant execution in the city
