WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A 25-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested following a drug investigation on Loucks Road.
Syncier Tyree Keyshon Matthews, of Pennsylvania, was arraigned Saturday on one count of delivery with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, a felony, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
The charges stem from a police investigation that occurred Friday in the 2000 block of Loucks Road in West Manchester Township.
