JAMESTOWN, NY — A man was arrested after a domestic incident on the city’s south side April 9, 2026.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 1st Platoon responded to the address at about 11:15 a.m.
Officers spoke with a female victim upon arrival.
An investigation revealed that Roberto E. Figueroa-Arroyo, 44, of Jamestown, shoved the victim several times during a verbal dispute, according to police.
A valid order of protection issued in Jamestown ordered Figueroa-Arroyo to refrain from offensive contact against the victim.
Figueroa-Arroyo was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
He was charged with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt.
Figueroa-Arroyo was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
