RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating an unlawful mischief incident that occurred on Main Street.
Troopers received a call at approximately 7:21 a.m. April 9 from Kasey Vincelette, 37, of Richford, who reported that someone had dumped trash on the hood of her vehicle.
The incident occurred at 119 Main Street at approximately 3:22 a.m. that day.
Police later received security camera footage from a nearby location that captured the incident.
Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual shown in the video.
