Multiple arrests reported in Vestal

VESTAL, NY — The Vestal Police Department reported multiple arrests over recent days involving charges ranging from shoplifting to driving while intoxicated.

Shawn Burns, 55, of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Kohl’s.

Julie Burns, 49, of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Kohl’s.

Maximus Romero, 20, of Vestal, was arrested for unlawfully fleeing a police officer in the third degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, speed in zone, reckless driving, no/inadequate lights, no operable headlights, failure to comply with lawful order, and failure to notify of address change after he failed to stop for patrols during a traffic stop.

Erika Woodrow, 27, of Johnson City, was arrested for assault in the third degree for striking the victim in the face with a closed fist, causing injury.

Milan Glumicic, 60, of Vestal, was arrested following a motor vehicle accident for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-more than .08 BAC, moving from lane unsafely, and unreasonable speed.

Elias Aldava, 27, of Binghamton, was arrested after a traffic stop for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-more than .08 BAC, speed in zone, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.

Terra Hull, 44, of Binghamton, was arrested for bail jumping in the third degree after failing to appear in court on a scheduled court date or within 30 days thereafter.

Andrew Ott, 30, of Lakewood, Pennsylvania, was arrested for bail jumping in the third degree after failing to appear in court on a scheduled court date or within 30 days thereafter.

Christopher Dietrich, 52, of Covington, Kentucky, was arrested for aggravated harassment in the second degree and harassment in the second degree for leaving multiple phone messages for the victim, threatening physical harm.

Ashley Rusin, 38, of Endicott, was arrested after a traffic stop for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-more than .08 BAC, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, moving from lane unsafely, speed in zone, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and refusing to exit her vehicle.

Nicholas Scherrer, 27, of Vestal, was arrested as a result of a traffic stop for driving while intoxicated, failed to stop at a stop sign and failed to keep right.

Kristen Kadlecik, 45, of Vestal, was arrested as a result of a traffic stop for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-more than .08 BAC, and uninspected motor vehicle.
