JAMESTOWN, NY — A man was arrested early Tuesday morning following a domestic dispute.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd Platoon responded to the incident at approximately 12:30 a.m. on April 8.
Police determined that Jesse J. Young assaulted and obstructed the breathing of another person.
During the altercation, Young endangered the welfare of a child, according to police.
Young was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
He was charged with assault in the 3rd degree, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing.
